
Treasure of Taiwan
Location: 110 3rd Avenue SE
Dean Stanton painted this mural for the 10th Annual Chinatown Street Festival in August 2010. The Chinese’s National League mentioned that they would like to see a mural depicting the Island of Taiwan and its people. Before this mural was painted, many conversations were had so that the artist knew what to focus on since there are so many treasures in Taiwan.

In this mural, you will see focuses on Taiwan’s Tea Fields, the Chiang Kai Shek and Sun Yat Memorial, Yuan Zhu Min, Taroko Gorge, Taipei’s Skyline, Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan’s Agriculture, and Ali Mountain
